luckily(for the bus owner) this happens in malaysia
if in japan ,the bus owner have to make media
announcement-public apology,go to the every house
/funeral home to be scream at by the surviving
relative on national TV,and then make another public
announcement to resign.then the media will hound this
poor ceo why he let his company bus killed those
innocent people.every jiran will look down on him.some
commited suicide..
then then company via the insurans company have to pay
compasation..let say if the deceased is a doctor of 30
years age,then they have to pay 25years x salary
monthly x increament ..to the waris.if the bus carries
full load of doctors/engineers/(put your profession
here) for conference, i think the insurance company
will go bankrupt.
my friend told me if you going to hit someone better
hit an old non working guy..it must be crazy to drive
without insurance here.everytime i speed up ,i
remember this things and slowed again.who wouldent.
the driver? who cares abt the driver...the management
responsible for everything.you dont expect the driver
to pay the doctor salary to his waris do you.
the point is ,if everyone have to pay for their
(mis)judgement,their will check the bankaccount first
before doing something stupid.
