Happy New Year 2010!!

Hello people..

Wishing everybody a happy New Year 2010!!!!

Hoped that, dengan tahun baru ni, semua akan lebih ceria, lebih baik dan lebih sempurna dalam semua yang dilakukan. As for me, am wishing to have a more fruitful year for this year.

Had a simple makan-makan semalam at Ani's house. Lepak with some friends. Tengok fireworks from her house balcony, besh woo. Nampak banyak giler. Tak perlu nak bersesak-sesak kat public places. Lepak sinih lagi better. Hheheheh

Esok nak pergi 9V land kejap, nak cari barang for my upcoming trip, end of this month. Dunno lah, hopefully boleh jalan dengan selesa sket for this trip. First time nih. Hehhehe

Nanti tempek lagik. Nak tido awal, tomorrow nak gerak awal. Will be a long journey esok. QRT and 73 de 9W2BBS.

Taking a break

Salam pepel,

Wazzap? Lama gaks tak menulis ni. Life has been quite hectic jugak lately. Hence, for this weekend am taking a short break. Jalan-jalan japs. Next month, another jalan jalan trip. Tapi jauh sket lah. Heheheh

Just to let everybody knows, this Sunday (6th Dec), there will be the last flea market for this year. Dah ujung tahun, memang la last. So to all ham members, anda dijemput datang beramai-ramai for this flea market.

Aihh.. lama dahhhh nehhh..

Hello pepell..

Wuhhhuuh.. Lama dah aku tak tempek kat sini. Mau berabuk nih. How's things aaa with korang? Last posting, aku cerita pasal my 1 year at PeLSSB. And just before raya hari tu, ada change of management kat kampeni. Adoii.. rasa blur kejap masa dapat berita tu. Now, we're waiting for new management. Dunno who will lead. Candidate yang ada, blom confirm lagi oleh BOD of PeLSSB. Will see how lah nanti in few months time.

At this moment, outstation japs. Ada meting petang tadi at Kertih. Long due dah, tapi since we're too busy with other issues, kene letak ke belakang sket. Also, since dalam proses penukaran management, semua travelling/purchase approval, kene naik level atas sekali. Boleh la, but renyah sket. Maklumlah, kene la jaga semua prosedurrrr.. Keja kampeni kecik macam nih ler..

Will be having some travelling in few weeks time. Hope it will be a good trip. Looking forward awal tahun punya trip. Hehhehe..

It's 1 year already..

Ello peeps..

Just to share.. semalam mark the 1st year aku kerja kat PeLSSB nih. It's being a wonderful, fantastic and exciting year to be in this place. Memang memula aku rasa macam payah jugak nak see the things coming. Tapi, slow and steady, play the game nampak semuanya boleh aku adapt. Ada juga still aku rasa tak kena, but itu kene slow and steady bawak lah.

So, what did the previous 1 year give me? Banyak jugak experience. Especially people management. Managing expectation and setting the right attitude to ensure success. VERY la important. And, team spirit. Itu tak boleh dinafikan. Lagi satu, human value. VERY VERY important also. Also, learn to appreciate things given to you. Ada jugak up and down dalam things seharian kita buat. Tapi manage it properly, and rasanya tak ada masalah nanti.

What to expect more to come? More new challanges. Make sure our business offerings is solid, reliable and up to the standard. Also, nak ensure our team are always in high spirit.

So.. am saying this to myself.. congratulations and wishing all the best to the future
